Returns and refund policies

We hope that you delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not, we have set out a summary of your rights. If in the event that you wish to return a product. If you purchased your items online or from an event, you must return your items in accordance with the procedure outlined below.
1. YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS
As you are a consumer and have made an order on-line you may, in accordance with the Consumer contracts regulations 2013, cancel your order and obtain a refund (or exchange) within 14 working days from delivery.
In order to return an order to us. proof of postage must be supplied.
This does not effect your statutory rights.
Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning the item to us. Please ensure any make-up is unused and sealed in the original packaging. Any used products will not be refunded due to health and hygiene reasons.
Products that can not be returned and refuned are items that have been opened or unsealed if not faulty. If you require a refund on a faulty item we will refund the price paid by you for the goods. (including initial standard delivery charge, but not the additional cost of any premium delivery option that was chosen) within 14 days after the day on which we recieve the products back from you.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when you return your item (in case you need to show you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel)
If you purchased an item at an event, the date and location of the event will need to be provided. Faulty items will be refunded as stated above.
Tickets are non refundable. If however an event is cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, a full refund will be given, back onto the original method of payment.
2. YOUR RIGHTS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT
In addition to the rights described above (and in accordance with your rights under then Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
